Schedule your free attorney consult

After we review your qualification form, you receive a scheduling link for a brief phone consultation with your assigned attorney. This call is typically 15 to 20 minutes. Your attorney confirms eligibility, explains the process, answers your questions, and gives you your flat-fee quote. There is no obligation to move forward after the call. If you have not yet completed the lead qualification form, your scheduled meeting will be cancelled.

Sign your engagement letter and pay your flat fee

Once you decide to move forward, you sign your engagement letter electronically and pay your flat fee online. Individual filing is $599 in attorney fees. Joint filing is $1,099. The $338 court filing fee is separate and billed at cost. If you qualify, we apply to waive it for $49. You will not be asked to pay anything else unless you add an optional service.

Your portal activates. Intake begins.

Once payment is received, your secure client portal activates. Inside you will find a personalized document checklist, credit counseling instructions, and a secure upload area. Your attorney prepares your petition from your documents. All communication happens through the portal or email. No phone calls, no in-person visits during this phase.

We file. You attend one brief meeting. Then you wait for your discharge.

Once documents are verified and your petition is complete, your attorney files it with the bankruptcy court. You will receive your case number and a notice of your 341 Meeting of Creditors — a short phone or video hearing with the bankruptcy trustee, typically 5 to 10 minutes. Your attorney prepares you fully. Approximately 60 days after the meeting, your discharge notice arrives. Eligible debts are legally eliminated.
